AND architecture and design is a full-service, award-winning architecture and interior design practice based in London and Warsaw since 2007. We specialize in highly crafted residential properties that are personal to each of our clients, as well as select hospitality, commercial, and other creative high-end commissions where we aim to add financial and aesthetic value.

We are proud that much of our work is from repeat clients or through recommendations as we approach design with no fixed formula, and the client brief informs the design needs and direction of each project.

We aim to achieve classic and understated architecture and interiors that are timeless and have longevity. Our goal is a quiet and thoughtful design language, always delivered through the highest craftsmanship possible across all aspects of the project.

Our scope includes every element of the works from initial design concept and achieving planning consent to various construction phases and selection of all finishes, furniture, lighting and antiques. We also undertake commissions for bespoke furniture, lighting and artworks at all scales, working alongside most capable producers and craftspeople, visiting their factories and workshops to realise designs from concept to installation. In parallel, we can design brand identity as well as oversee signage and lighting design.
