Kaliningrad Mall Design
ADG Group invited us to design two building concepts and their surrounding
landscaping for this new mid-size retail centre in Kaliningrad, Russia.
The building offers small to mid-size retail units with highlight restaurant tenants on the upper level,
presenting open-air feature roof terraces that communicate with the surrounding streetscape.
Our design options looked at opportunities to add playful architectural elements
at high level to act as beacons to the local urban environment.
